Pricing questions
What counts as a session?
One troubleshooting problem, start to finish — pick the gear, describe the symptom, and go back and forth until it's resolved. Follow-up questions on the same problem don't count as new sessions.
Can I refer a friend?
Yes. Every account has a referral code on the Account page. Friends who sign up with it get 20% off their first month or year, and you get 20% of what they pay as credit toward your own plan, for as long as they stay subscribed. Until January 1, 2027, friends get the 50% early-adopter price instead (the discounts don't stack), and you still earn your 20%.
Is there an early-adopter discount?
Yes. Subscribe before January 1, 2027 and you get 50% off any plan, applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. Monthly plans are billed at half price through December 2026, then the regular price. An annual plan bought before 2027 is half price for its first year and renews at the regular price. For Crew plans, ask sales@askroadie.app and it goes on your quote.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged, because we never asked for a card. Ask Roadie pauses until you pick a plan on your Account page. Subscribe before the trial ends and you keep your remaining free days: your first payment is on the day the trial would have ended.
Can I cancel?
Yes — manage or cancel your subscription from the Account page at any time.
Do you offer team or company billing?
Yes — the Crew plan. Pricing is set per company based on crew size and how you work. Email sales@askroadie.app and we'll set up logins for your whole team on one invoice.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The free trial is 3 troubleshooting sessions or 14 days, whichever comes first, with no card required. You only add a card when you decide to subscribe. One free trial per person.
