Streaming
- Director MiniBattery runtime / hot-swap: run and swap NP-F batteries without interruption · Device overheating — runs hot, fan loud, may throttle or restart under load
- Pro Convert NDI decodersCan't find/reach the Web UI to configure the decoder · Decoder is in an unknown/bad state — need a full factory reset
- Pro Convert NDI encodersCannot find or reach the Pro Convert on the network / DHCP did not assign an address · Checking stream health / diagnosing intermittent dropped frames on an NDI encode
- Ultra EncodeCan't find / reach the Web UI to configure the encoder · Forgot password / device misconfigured — need a factory reset
- Ultra StreamAuthentication Failed / Invalid Stream Key when connecting to YouTube or Facebook · Cannot join the venue Wi-Fi because the unit is in access-point mode for the phone app
Video & projection
- Eco CaptureCapture app shows "No Signal" or "Unsupported Signal" · Capture frame rate is lower than expected (e.g. only ~80fps at 1080p, or drops when running multiple channels)
- Pro CaptureBlack screen but signal IS detected (source shows connected, capture is black) · Card not detected in Device Manager (yellow "!", Multimedia/Unknown Device, or missing entirely)
- USB CaptureAfter a PC restart, capture software loses the device and needs to be reconfigured (Instance ID changed) · Capture frame rate is lower than expected / dropped frames / cannot hit 4K30 or 1080p60
- USB Capture Utility V3Covered. Ask about any symptom.
- USB FusionAudio and video out of sync when capturing/recording · Cannot find or access the USB Fusion Web UI / control interface
