Active/Status LED flashes red and the LINA outputs NO audio
Likely cause: The Active/Status LED is solid green in normal operation.

Active/Status LED flashes red but audio is still coming out (reduced level)
Likely cause: LINA is convection-cooled with no fan.

Array sounds thin/hollow, coverage or low end is wrong across a looped array
Likely cause: Line-array performance depends on coherent summation between adjacent boxes.

At power-on the Active/Status LED never turns solid green / no audio after ~10 seconds
Likely cause: The intelligent power supply will not fully unmute if it sees out-of-range or unstable AC.

Audible hum or buzz through the array
Likely cause: A single common ground node and preserved AC polarity removes the loop.

Breaker trips or amp cycles on/off when looping several LINAs from one circuit
Likely cause: Current draw is dynamic (idle 0.25 A, long-term continuous 2.3 A, burst 3.9 A at 115 V).

HF and/or LF Limit LEDs stay lit (>3 s), sound is highly compressed/harsh
Likely cause: Each amp channel has peak and rms (TruPower) limiters.
- Step-by-step fixGet the fix →
powerCON connector arcing or damage when patching power
Likely cause: powerCON 20 is a locking but not make-first/break-last power connector; hot-plugging it under load arcs the contacts and can damage the connector and the supply.

RMS/Compass shows no communication with the LINA (not reporting)
Likely cause: RMS is an optional monitoring layer that piggybacks on pins 4/5 of a 5-pin XLR.
