Cannot reach the projector web interface / control page
Likely cause: The serial-number default password trips up techs expecting a generic default.

Firmware update / Status LED flashing white
Likely cause: Interrupting a flash update can brick the controller; the white-flashing LED is the signal to leave it alone.

Image is soft / out of focus or mis-positioned
Likely cause: The motorized lens can lose its reference; re-homing via calibration restores accurate zoom/focus/shift travel.

Multi-projector edge blend / warped image onto curved or off-axis surface
Likely cause: Twist runs in the projector's 10-bit image processor so blends/warps are applied without extra hardware; Mystique automates alignment across arrays.

Projector powered on but screen is blank (no image)
Likely cause: On Inspire, the Shutter LED off = shutter open and image displayed; magenta solid = shutter closed and image blanked.

Status LED is flashing red
Likely cause: The Inspire status LED maps solid green = normal, blue solid = standby, blue flashing = cooling, yellow flashing = non-shutdown warning, red flashing = shutdown error.

Status LED is flashing yellow / amber
Likely cause: Yellow flashing is Christie's pre-fault warning tier; catching it early (usually a dirty filter or marginal cooling) prevents the over-temp condition from tripping a full red-flashing shutdown.
