  Likely cause: Chauvet lists two possible causes for each CPU code: damaged PCB or failed software upload.

  Likely cause: The Fan Info screen isolates which of the two fans failed without opening the fixture, and the wiring-connection cause means a bench reseat is worth trying before ordering a fan.

  Likely cause: Optocoupler codes are thrown whenever the head does not reach the expected home position, which a physical obstruction or a cable snag will do just as readily as a failed sensor.

  Likely cause: Techs often report a "stuck" fixture that is simply doing what Data Loss Blackout = Off tells it to do.

  Likely cause: Chauvet designed the pan limit specifically so neighbouring units in an array cannot collide while still allowing motion effects.

  Likely cause: Method B only exists on V1.260319 and later, so a fixture still on the launch firmware has to be done with an Upload 08 first - then it can seed the rest of the truck pack.

  Likely cause: 3 (06/2026), so older printed copies in the shop may carry different figures.
